We Passed our 2020/2021 HAE SafeHire Audit!!

4 Plant are part of the Hire Association Europe and have completed another successful SafeHire audit. This ensures you can be confident that we are running with the highest health and safety standards to keep both our customers and employees safe at all times. This does not  just prove competence in safety, health, environment and quality but  it shows we can meet client demands for high standards of service.

All key areas of the business are looked at during the audit including: 
Equipment
We ensure that our hire fleet is regularly updated and kept tidy to maintain both the safety of our customers and to create the correct image when representing them on their site. 
Processes and Procedures
We follow procedures to ensure that our machines, vehicles, staff and customers are safe. 
Policies
We have policies in place to facilitate our everyday running of the business to ensure safety and efficiency. 
Hygiene 
Especially in the current times we are have to be very particular with hygiene on and off site. We have supplied our drivers with Masks and Gloves to protect them and customers during deliveries and collections. As well as adhering to the social distancing and sanitation rules.   
Environmental
We are always working together with trusted suppliers to dispose of any waste products appropriately and thinking of ways to reduce our carbon footprint. 
Vehicle's
We inspect our vehicles regularly and have a range of vehicles to accommodate any access restrictions to limit disruption to any deliveries. 
Employee and customer safety
We train our employees to protect them and others around them to ensure our days run smoothly. Regular maintenace is carried out on the Plant to keep our customers protected.
