We are approved suppliers of both Aeromix and Cemfloor by McGraths. Pair these 2 innovative products together to save both time and money on your project whilst being environmentally aware.
Aeromix EPS bound flowing insulation is a product that replaces the Celotex and concrete blinding, achieving the market leading lambda of 0.037W/mk. It has a full U-Value warranty and reduced CO2 due to its low cement content. As well as being kind to the environment it is easy to install and leaves no waste like the alternative methods. You can lay 1000m2 a day! The seamless installation provides a light weight solid base with no joints or movement. Unlike board insulation Aeromix is poured in on monolithic slab this allows a full stable base for liquid screed. By achieving a level surface this allows under floor heating pipes to be clipped down, flowing with a set depth for all screeds. Once the weight of the screed is placed on the Aeromix, compression is achieved meaning no further movement occurs for both products. Leaving a fully insulated compressed subfloor for internal uses.
4 Concrete are also approved suppliers of Cemfloor by McGraths. Cemfloor is a BBA approved cement based liquid screed that creates less 60% CO2 footprint compared to 75mm traditional screed. Only 25mm of screed is required above underfloor heating pipes. Cemfloor is also compatible with all types of floor coverings and as a result of the exceptional thermal conductivity it allows lower running costs for underfloor heating systems. Another benefit of Cemfloor is it has reduced drying time compared to other screeds saving time on your project.

If you need a smaller machine we can also supply the Micro K008 excavator that will allow access to those hard to reach areas. They will fit through a standard gateway/doorway!
